This plan drills in the foundation of muscle building with a consistent week to week plan, focused on progressive overload. Build muscle, lose fat, and 'tone' your full body. Designed for males and females, and can be adjusted with weights to accommodate everyone from weightlifting beginners to bodybuilders.

  • 2 upper body days

  • Alternative workouts for each exercise allows you to workout at home or in a gym

  • Recommended warm-ups to start each day

  • Recommended cardio for additional fat burn

  • Recommended stretches for each day, help you recover quickly, minimize muscle soreness, and maximize flexibility while growing your muscles

  • Weekly 15-minute 1-on-1 calls included to help with form and/or answer any questions

  • Macro tracking capabilities and high-protein recipe suggestions

  • Chat feature on the app to ask any quick questions (please allow 24-48 hours for me to respond)
